PRISM helps leaders and their teams discover their leadership style and workstyle differences, giving them practical insights to improve collaboration and performance.
PRISM is a research-based assessment that helps leaders and teams understand how they work together. There are two PRISM profiles available:
Shows how team members approach the five PRISM dimensions
Includes both the Workstyle Profile and the leader's dominant archetype
Both profiles include tips, growth areas, and reflective questions. The PRISM Leadership Profile includes specific guidance on how to lead with cultural intelligence based on one’s unique leadership archetype.
The PRISM profiles are grounded in two decades of research on global leadership and cultural values, combining insights from established cultural value frameworks with new studies on how global teams actually get work done. Each dimension was defined through rigorous development and field testing, with a focus on capturing current behaviors rather than aspirational ideals.
The PRISM assessment is completed online in about 10 minutes. Upon completion, participants receive their profile (Workstyle Profile or Leadership Profile) which can be used individually or as part of a team session.
Practitioners can become certified to administer PRISM and deliver the corresponding training and certification programs by joining a Master Certification program.
