Global TeamLEAD is an evidence-based operating system (OS) for team leadership, distributed primarily through Master Certifiers who bring it to life across organizations and clients. This includes:
A research-based diagnostic that reveals how leaders and teams approach work. There are two profiles available:
* PRISM Workstyle Profile - 5 workstyle dimensions
* PRISM Leadership Profile - Personal Leadership Archetype
Leaders earn a credential that demonstrates their expertise in leading global and diverse teams. Certification requires completion of learning modules, a team strategy, facilitating a team session, and exam.
Leaders and teams gain insights and strategies for how to use their PRISM profiles to build trust, establish norms, and align around a shared team strategy.
Master Certifiers get full rights to certify leaders as Certified Global TeamLEADs, deliver the Global TeamLEAD OS curriculum, and administer the PRISM assessment and profiles.
Global TeamLEAD is delivered through a network of Master Certifiers—either in-house leaders or external consultants. Learn how you can be among the first to offer this globally recognized credential for team leaders.
As a Master Certifier you will be licensed to certify team leaders in any organization worldwide. This certification positions you as a trusted provider of a globally recognized credential and tools, enhancing your professional credibility, differentiating you in the leadership development market, and creating the potential for additional income through the certifications you deliver.
Format
• Register and complete pre-work (PRISM assessment, readings, team analysis)
• Two half-day, live virtual sessions (via Zoom), led by David Livermore, PhD
