THE CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE DIFFERENCE just released and is now available. The book provides a quick summary of the latest research on cultural intelligence (CQ) and is packed with strategies for improving CQ. It also includes success stories of organizations who are effectively using CQ. Purchase of the physical book includes a unique code to access the online CQ self-assessment.

The book is available from major book retailers, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and 800CEORead.

As you know, the impact of a book is largely dependent upon getting the word out about it. If you’d like to help spread the word about THE CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE DIFFERENCE, you might consider the following:

1. “Share” or “Re-tweet” this announcement.

2. Pass along the free chapter available here.

3. Post a brief review on Amazon and/or your blog.

4. Continue to be involved in the discussion on my blog or at the CQ Facebook page.

Although my name is on the book, these projects are always a cumulative effort. I’m indebted to students, friends, and colleagues whose questions drove me to write this, even when I think there couldn’t be possibly more to say about cultural intelligence. And of course a huge thanks goes to my research colleagues around the world and other scholars whose material informed what’s here. Most of all, my wife Linda and our daughters Emily and Grace share in writing the process with me from beginning to end—this book included.

Thanks for your interest in this work and for joining me in striving to make the world a better place!
