Matt Millar is the founder and CEO of Thriving Beyond, a cultural equipping center dedicated to enhancing individuals' and organizations' abilities to engage effectively in intercultural relationships and environments. Residing in Nairobi, Kenya, with his wife, TaLarrya, and their son, Ta'raii, Matt serves as the Global Operations Director for NewThing, a church-planting organization. His academic credentials include an MBA in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, a Master's degree in Global Leadership from Fuller Seminary, and a certificate in Intercultural Studies from the University of British Columbia. With experience living in four countries and traveling to nearly 60, Matt has trained local leaders in 30 nations. He is also a twice-published author. His mission is to act as a catalyst for the global expansion of God's kingdom, aiming to inspire people from all nations and backgrounds to live lives filled with purpose and passion.
