I am writing a book, the working title is The Culturally Intelligent Safety Professional. It aims to inform those working in the wider safety profession, or as business owners or leaders and those who provide educational pathways for safety professionals on the cultural values and norms they might xcome across in diverse workplaces and how that knowledge can help them better influence safety outcomes.
