TeamLEAD

90% of employees say poor teamwork negatively affects their work.

The more diverse and global the team, the greater the challenges. But when teams are led by a culturally intelligent leader who understands how to built trust, collaboration, psychological safety, and productivity, everything changes.

This is not a death-by-PowerPoint leadership seminar. It’s a highly interactive two-day experience designed with developmental strategies that are proven to have lasting impact for you and your organization.

The program will bring you on a journey that includes leading your own well-being, improving the way you lead others, and enhancing your skills to solve complex leadership issues with inclusive, innovative solutions.

You’ll gain firsthand experience developing an innovative solution to a core leadership challenge and work with a cohort of peers to practice leading through real-life scenarios.

Based on new research and tools for effective team leadership, this session will include thought leadership and time for your team leaders to workshop how they will implement these practices with their teams. Upon completion, they will have a playbook they can use to be a more effective team leader.

TeamLEAD is ideally suited for leaders of global teams but can also be designed for individuals leading diverse teams in a domestic context. Learn some of the key issues addressed in my Harvard Business Review Article about leading effective teams.

Expect a highly interactive, fun, practical session with lasting benefits for your teams.
